IMPLEMENTATION ACTIVITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

TRANSNATIONAL MEETINGS<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the project, transnational meetings have been held with the aim of coordinating and planning the results, actions and activities of the project, establishing the resources and measures necessary to achieve success, as well as carrying out evaluations of each of the results and phases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These meetings are an effective means to generate an exchange of experiences and mutual learning of the collaborating entities, as well as the improvement of their management and internationalization processes that can only be generated through face-to-face contact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FIRST TRANSNATIONAL MEETING<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Date:<\/strong> July 14th, 2021<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Place:<\/strong> Valencia (Spain)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On July 14, 2021, we held the first transnational meeting of the E + project \u201cVIRTUAL INTERNSHIPS IN TECH CENTERS\u201d at the Ikasia Technologies facilities, in Valencia (Spain).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the meeting we carried out the evaluation of the preparation phase, all the key aspects of the project were presented and the materials created during the \u201cStage of elaboration of a dissemination strategy\u201d were presented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsible of the partner entities participated in this meeting, which allowed us to discuss issues of preparation, monitoring and the assignment of tasks and responsibilities. Likewise, it was a great opportunity to strengthen ties between participants and entities, generating mutual learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SECOND TRANSNATIONAL MEETING<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have held the SECOND TRANSNATIONAL MEETING of the E+ project \u201cVIRTUAL INTERNSHIPS IN TECH CENTERS\u201d at the SOMATICA, M&S facilities in Braga (Portugal).<\/p>\n\n\n\n


At this meeting, which was attended by representatives of the project’s partner entities, we focused on advancing the results. On the one hand, we deal with the progress of the O1. METHODOLOGICAL GUIDE: THE VIRTUAL INTERNSHIPS IN TECH CENTERS and we present the O2. DIGITAL COURSE: ELEARNING SIMULATION ENVIRONMENT IN TECH CENTERS and the design of the simulator for the 5 jobs included in the course. On the other hand, we present the implemented design of the tangible result R1. DIGITAL TOOLBOX.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

THIRD TRANSNATIONAL MEETING<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Place:<\/strong> Valencia (Spain)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have held the third transnational meeting of the Erasmus Plus project “VIRTUAL INTERNSHIPS IN TECH CENTERS” at the Ikasia Technologies facilities in Valencia.
In this meeting, after analyzing the current situation of the project, we focus on the presentation and evaluation of the work carried out on the intellectual and tangible results, as well as on the definition of their final design. In addition, at this meeting the plan of activities and events for the dissemination stage that will begin in December of this year was finalized.
Those responsible for the realization of the results of the entities participating in the project attended this meeting, which allowed us to advance according to the planned schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FOURTH TRANSNATIONAL MEETING<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Place:<\/strong> Florence (Italy)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On February 8, 2023 we held the fourth and final transnational meeting of the Erasmus Plus project “VIRTUAL INTERNSHIPS IN TECH CENTERS” in Florence, at the facilities of Smallcodes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this meeting, the intellectual and tangible results already completed were presented and the evaluation of the implementation phase was carried out. This meeting focused on the dissemination phase of the project. On the one hand, the entities RedTree, Ikasia and 1st Epalgematiko Lykeio Kato Achaia, presented the multiplier events held in the months of December 2022 and January 2023 in Spain and Greece. On the other hand, the dissemination activities that had been carried out were presented, as well as those planned until the end of the project. In addition, the pilot tests that 14 VET students are carrying out in Ikasia were presented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This meeting was attended by members of the partner entities, responsible for each of the main areas of the project and for the realization of intellectual results, multiplier events and pilot tests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
