Visibility and dissemination have special importance in the projects of the Erasmus plus program. For this reason, in the VET STUDENTS INTO TECHNOLOGY COMPANIES project, a dissemination plan has been created focused on achieving greater visibility of the project and dissemination of the results.

By carrying out visibility and dissemination activities during all phases of the project, in the different areas of influence (local, regional and national level), we will not only be able to increase the size and strategic importance of the project, but also promote its subsequent replication.

In addition, it should be noted that these measures are an effective method to provide visibility and promote the opportunities offered by the Erasmus Plus Program, sensitizing a large group of students on the advantages of carrying out projects in this program.

The visibility campaign began in January 2020. The aim is to make the project visible to the largest number of entities and countries, so far several bilateral meetings have been held with educational centers and collaborating entities.

ACTIVITY 1. On 07.02.2020 the Ikasia Technologies team met with members of the teaching team of the IES Isaac Peral of Cartagena in order to present the project “VET STUDENTS INTO TECHNOLOGY COMPANIES”, as it is a continuation of the initiative carried out in the “CRITICAL THINKING AS A STEP FORWARD IN VET EDUCATION” project, on which a magnificent and interesting multiplier event was held at the IES Isaac Peral facilities.

ACTIVITY 2. On 24.04.2020 Laura Gómez, project technician at Ikasia Technologies has presented to Jordi Rizo, project coordinator of RedTree Making Projects, the project of the E + program “VET STUDENTS INTO TECHNOLOGY COMPANIES” in order to show him the advantages and opportunities that it represents in the field of VET education.

ACTIVITY 3. On 05.05.2020, Laura Gómez, project technician at Ikasia Technologies, has held a virtual bilateral meeting with Elena Marco, a member of the teaching team at the Institut Neus Català, a highly complex public education center in Cornellà de Llobregat.
This interesting and productive meeting in which he presented the project of the E + program “VET STUDENTS INTO TECHNOLOGY COMPANIES”, has allowed to show the opportunities that the project represents for FP students, as well as the Erasmus plus program.

ACTIVITY 4. On September 24, 2020, the Ikasia technologies team have a virtually meeting with Apostolos Kirytsis, main coordinator of international and national projects, as well as professor of the physics department of the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) to present the erasmus+ project ” VET STUDENTS INTO TECHNOLOGY COMPANIES “. NTUA, founded in 1836, is the oldest technological institution in Greece and is active in the fields of education and research related to cutting-edge technologies regarding all kinds of engineering disciplines.

This interesting meeting was of great importance since NTUA has a large number of technological research centers that host practices for technical students, which will allow the use and replication of the project results.

ACTIVITY 5. On September 29, 2020, the Ikasia Technologies team have a virtual meeting with Pierre Carrolaggi, training director and coordinator of the pedagogy department of GRETA DU VELAY to present the E + project “VET STUDENTS INTO TECHNOLOGY COMPANIES”. Greta du velay is a french public training organization that brings together 21 educational institutions such as VET education centers, high schools and adult education centers, under the wing of the Ministery of Education of the Government of France.

It was a productive and interesting meeting that has made it possible to strengthen collaboration to disseminate the results of the project, during the dissemination phase, in multiple European research and education networks.

ACTIVITY 7. On October 13, 2020, Luis Ribeiro Martins, a member of the Ikasia Technologies team, held a bilateral meeting with María Guillot and Sandra Trujillo, PhD students from the Center for Biomaterials and Tissue Engineering (CBIT) of the UPV, in order to present the Erasmus Plus program project “VET STUDENTS INTO TECHNOLOGY COMPANIES”.
