José Luis Gómez Ribelles, as representative of Ikasia Technologies, has presented the Erasmus Plus Program project “VET STUDENTS INTO TECHNOLOGY COMPANIES” to João F. Mano, professor of the Department of Chemistry and director of the Biotechnology´s Master and Doctorate programs at the University of Aveiro. Additionally, He belongs to the associate laboratory CICECO – Aveiro Institute of Materials where he is directing the COMPASS Research Group, founded in April 2016.
This presentation enhanced the project`s visibility among other Portuguese Universities, as it will also facilitate the future dissemination of results in other countries since João F. Mano is a visiting professor at the University of Lorraine (France) and the Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) from South Korea.
In addition, the research center to which he belongs has the means to host technical student internships.
