VISIBILITY & DISSEMINATION

The dissemination of project results is of special importance for the project, not only so that they are known, used and replicated, but also to give visibility to the opportunities and advantages that the Erasmus + Program offers.

The dissemination strategy of this project consists of three stages, included in each of the project phases:

  1. ELABORATION STAGE OF A DISSEMINATION STRATEGY, included in the PREPARATION STAGE. This stage began with the development of the dissemination plan, on which the dissemination strategies are based. All this allowed us to structure and organize the contents to ensure success in disseminating the project and the results in the following stages.
  2. VISIBILITY STAGE, included in the IMPLEMENTATION PHASE, consisted in a VISIBILITY AND PRESENTATION CAMPAIGN with the aim of making the project known to internal and external target groups. This allowed us to create essential communication links for the next stage.
  3. DISSEMINATION STAGE, included in the DISSEMINATION AND EVALUATION PHASE, consisted in a DISSEMINATION CAMPAIGN focused on the dissemination of the results among the direct recipients and potential internal and external beneficiary groups of the European network.

MULTIPLIER EVENTS

MULTIPLIER EVENT IN SPAIN

Date: 16th January, 2023

Host Organization: Ikasia Technologies

Place: Cartagena (Spain)

On January 16, 2023, a great multiplier event was held in Cartagena (Spain) at the facilities of the CIFP HESPÉRIDES educational center and the IES SANTA LUCÍA in which the intellectual results created in the Erasmus Plus project “VIRTUAL INTERNSHIPS IN TECH CENTERS” and we explain to the students of the training cycle of Microcomputer Systems and Networks and to students of Biology and Chemistry, the work in research centers and technology companies.
This event not only allowed us to disseminate the results to dozens of beneficiaries, but also to show students the possibility they have of being able to work in these companies, motivating them to go one step further.

Place: Cartagena (Spain)

On January 16, a great multiplier event was held in Cartagena (Spain) at the facilities of the IES ISAAC PERAL educational center in which the intellectual results created in the Erasmus Plus project “VIRTUAL INTERNSHIPS IN TECH CENTERS” were disseminated.
This event was attended by teachers and students of the technological branch, as well as the director of the educational center. It was a great opportunity to show students the possibilities and advantages of working in research centers and technology companies.

MULTIPLIER EVENT IN GREECE

Host Organization: 1st Epalgematiko Lykeio Kato Achaias

Place: Patras (Greece)

On December 14, 2022, the VET 1st Epalgematiko Lykeio Kato Achaias educational center held a great multiplier event in Patras (Greece) in which it disseminated the intellectual results created in the Erasmus Plus Project “VIRTUAL INTERNSHIPS IN TECH CENTERS”.

This event was attended by officials of the Ministry of Education, officials of Parliament, representatives of the municipalities of Patras and Kato Achaia, directors, teachers and students of educational centers in the western region of Greece and university professors, with the ability not only to benefit of the results, but to implement them in educational centers throughout the country.

It was a great opportunity to disseminate the results of the project, as well as the advantages of the Erasmus Plus Program.

PARTICIPATION IN EDUCATIONAL INNOVATION CONGRESSES

EDULEARN22

On July 4, 5 and 6 we had the opportunity to participate virtually in EDULEARN22, the 14th Annual International Conference on Education and New Learning Technologies to present the Erasmus Plus Program project “VIRTUAL INTERNSHIPS IN TECH CENTERS”.
EDULEARN is one of the largest international education conferences for lecturers, researchers, technologists and professionals from the educational sector.
Furthermore, It is an ideal platform for international strategic networking, the best place to present your innovations and projects about education and technology.
This congress has been a great opportunity to publicize the project and the progress of the results to hundreds of teachers, researchers, technologists and professionals from the education sector, since EDULEARN22 is a reference event in which more than 800 experts from 80 countries present their projects and share their knowledge on teaching and learning methodologies and educational innovations.

ICERI2022

On November 7, 8 and 9 we had the opportunity to participate in the ICERI2022 congress, the 15th Annual International Conference on Education, Research and Innovation, in which we had the opportunity to present the Erasmus Plus project “VIRTUAL PRACTICES IN TECHNOLOGY CENTERS ” to hundreds of teachers, researchers, technologists and experts from the education sector from more than 70 countries.
ICERI2022 has been a perfect platform for experts from around the world to discuss the latest advances in the field of teaching and learning methodologies, educational projects and innovations, and new technologies applied to education and research.

ERASMUS DAYS 2022

On October 14, 2022, Dimitrios Fligkos and Panagiotis Chatzipapas from the 1st Epalgematiko Lykeio Kato Achaias educational center participated in #ErasmusDays2022 and presented the #ErasmusPlus project “VIRTUAL INTERNSHIPS IN TECH CENTERS”.
The event, which took place at the Archaeological Museum of Patras, was attended by officials from the regional directorate of primary and secondary education in Western Greece, such as the Regional Governor, the Deputy Regional Governor for research and innovation entrepreneurship or the regional director of education, members from Europe Direct and education experts from various educational centers in the region.
Participation in this event has been a success and a great opportunity to present the project to those responsible for the Ministry of Education and educational centers with the capacity to implement the results.
Also, take advantage of the event to present the results of the projects carried out by the CRITICALTHINKING4VET network.

ACTIVITIES

ACTIVITY 1. On September 23, 2021 Luis Amaro Ribeiro Martins, a member of the Ikasia Technologies team, has met with Sandra Clara Trujillo and María Guillot, PhD students at the UPV’s Center for Biomaterials and Tissue Engineering (CBIT), to present the Erasmus Plus Program project «VIRTUAL INTERNSHIPS IN TECH CENTERS ”.
It was a productive and interesting meeting, as Sandra and María have collaborated in the development of previous projects, thus continuing the collaboration framework with the research center.

ACTIVITY 2. On October 26, 2021 José Luis Gómez Ribelles, representing Ikasia Technologies, made an informal presentation of the E + project “VIRTUAL INTERNSHIPS IN TECH CENTERS” to Senentxu Lanceros, director and researcher of BCMateriales, a research center for Materials, Applications and Nanostructures founded by Ikerbasque, the Basque Foundation for Science and the University of the Basque Country (UPV / EHU). BCMATERIALS is a research center with the mission of generating knowledge about the new generation of materials, turning this knowledge into (multi) functional solutions and devices for the benefit of society.
This informal presentation was very productive, as it not only made it possible to publicize the project, but also continues the framework of collaboration with the research center.

ACTIVITY 3. On 02.11.2021, Laura Gómez, responsible of Erasmus Plus projects at Ikasia Technologies, had an informal meeting in which she presented the Erasmus Plus project “VIRTUAL INTERNSHIPS IN TECH CENTERS” to Apostolos Kirytsis, main coordinator of international and national projects, as well as professor in the physics department of the National technical university of Athens (NTUA).
It was a productive and interesting presentation, in which collaboration with an entity with a great capacity for national and international dissemination has been strengthened, which will allow us, in the dissemination phase, to get the results of the project to the largest number of multiplying agents possible.

ACTIVITY 4. On December 17, 2021, José Luis Gómez Ribelles, representing Ikasia Technologies, had the opportunity to virtually present the Erasmus Plus Program project “VIRTUAL INTERNSHIPS IN TECH CENTERS” to Dr. Ivan Krakowski, researcher at the Institute of Macromolecular Chemistry (IMC) of the Charles University in Prague.
IMC is a university research center that has experts in research in polymer chemistry and physics and a department for practical training of students. For this reason, it has been an important presentation, which has not only allowed us to advance in making the project visible throughout Europe, but also to reinforce the bases of collaboration with an entity with the capacity to test the results and disseminate them.

ACTIVITY 5. José Luis Gómez Ribelles, representing Ikasia Technologies, on 12.17.2021, has virtually presented the Erasmus Plus Program project “VIRTUAL INTERNSHIPS IN TECH CENTERS” to Manuel Salmerón-Sánchez, head of the Department of Biomedical Engineering of the School of Engineering and Associate of the Institute of Systems Biology and Molecular Cells, University of Glasgow.
It was an important presentation to give the project visibility in Europe, as it is an entity with a great dissemination capacity to get the results of the project to a large number of multiplying agents.

ACTIVITY 6. On 12.17.2021, José Luis Gómez Ribelles, as representative of Ikasia Technologies, made a virtual presentation of the Erasmus Plus Program project “VIRTUAL INTERNSHIPS IN TECH CENTERS” to João F. Mano, professor in the Department of Chemistry and director of the Master and Doctorate programs in Biotechnology at the University of Aveiro. In addition, he is the founder and director of the COMPASS research group of the laboratory “CICECO Instituto de Materiales de Aveiro”.
This presentation has allowed us to advance in the VISIBILITY and PRESENTATION CAMPAIGN of the project, presenting it in other entities in Portugal, as well as reinforcing the bases of collaboration with an entity with a great capacity to disseminate and use the results.

ACTIVITY 7. José Luis Gómez Ribelles, representing Ikasia Technologies, has had the opportunity to virtually present the Erasmus Plus project “VIRTUAL INTERNSHIPS IN TECH CENTERS” to Ana M. Cortizo, PhD in Biochemical Sciences, Professor of Pathological Biochemistry at the Department of Biological Sciences from the Faculty of Exact Sciences of the National University of La Plata and researcher at the Laboratory for Research in Osteopathies and Mineral Metabolism (LIOMM), a multidisciplinary unit dedicated to scientific-technological research, in order to increase scientific knowledge and education .
Previously, Ana has shown interest in the projects of the CRITICALTHINKING4VET network. For this reason, it has been a great opportunity not only to make the project visible beyond Europe, but to be able to know the perspectives of professors and researchers on the realization of virtual practices of technical students.

ACTIVITY 8. J.L. Gómez Ribelles, on behalf of Ikasia Technologies, has virtually presented the erasmus plus project “VIRTUAL INTERNSHIPS IN TECH CENTERS” to Fernando Hernández Sánchez, Senior Researcher at the Yucatán Scientific Research Center (CICY) in the line of Biomaterials, tissue engineering, design and construction of scaffolds for the regeneration of animal tissue. CICY is a public research center focused on scientific and technological research and professional training, located in Yucatán (Mexico).
It has been an important presentation for the project’s visibility and presentation campaign, since Fernando has shown his interest in previous projects and is a member of numerous international research networks that will allow us to disseminate the project and its results outside of Europe.

ACTIVITY 9. On February 10, 2022, Laura Gómez, responsible of Erasmus Plus projects at Ikasia Technologies, had the opportunity to present the E+ project “VIRTUAL PRACTICES IN TECHNOLOGY CENTERS” to Juliana Oliveira, CEO of NANOPAINT, a technology company Spin off of the Universidade do Minho, specialized in electroactive polymers, compounds and nanoparticle synthesis.
It was a very interesting meeting since Nanopaint is a company with the capacity both to carry out pilot tests and to implement the intellectual results of this project.

ACTIVITY 10. On February 11, 2022, Laura Gómez, head of Erasmus Plus projects at Ikasia technologies, presented the E+ project “VIRTUAL INTERNSHIPS IN TECH CENTERS” to Mário Almeida, professor at the Department of Physics at the Universidade do Minho and an expert in computational physics. .
This meeting was very interesting and productive, since it allowed us to strengthen the ties of collaboration with an entity that has participated in previous projects of the network and has shown great interest in this project.

ACTIVITY 11. On February 14, 2022, José Luis Gómez Ribelles, a member of the Ikasia Technologies team, held a bilateral meeting with Gloria Gallego Ferrer, a member of the Government team and head of the ESAO teaching working group, as well as a member of the CIBER-BBN network from the Carlos III health institute, and professor and researcher at the Center for Biomaterials and Tissue Engineering (CBIT) of the UPV, to present the Erasmus Plus project “VIRTUAL INTERNSHIPS IN TECH CENTERS”, as well as the advantages of the E+ program.
This informal presentation has been a great opportunity to make the project visible and strengthen collaboration ties for the future dissemination of the results in various European research networks.

ACTIVITY 12. On March 10, 2022, Laura Gómez, responsible of Erasmus plus projects at Ikasia Technologies, has virtually presented the E+ project “VIRTUAL INTERNSHIPS IN TECH CENTERS” to Yiannis Kaliakatsos, professor emeritus of the Department of Electronic Engineering and the International Relations Office of the Hellenic Mediterranean University (HMU) in Crete (Greece).
It has been a great visibility opportunity, since Yiannis has participated in previous projects of the network and has the capacity to disseminate to dozens of teachers from VET centers and research centers at a national and international level.

ACTIVITY 13. On March 12, 2022, José Luis Gómez Ribelles, representing Ikasia Technologies, met with Florentina Celdrán Martínez, a member of the teaching team at IES ISAAC PERAL in Cartagena, to present the Erasmus Plus Program project “VIRTUAL INTERNSHIPS IN TECH CENTERS ”.
This informal presentation is a great opportunity to publicize the project and its benefits for VET teachers and students with obstacles, as well as the Erasmus Plus programme. In addition, it has allowed closer collaboration ties with an entity that has always shown great interest in the network’s projects.

ACTIVITY 14. On March 14, 2022, the partners of the Erasmus Plus project “VIRTUAL INTERNSHIPS IN TECH CENTERS” have submitted the request to participate in EDULEARN22, the 14th Annual International Conference on Education and New Learning Technologies that will be held in Palma de Mallorca (Spain) on 4, 5 and 6 July 2022.
This congress will be a great opportunity to present the progress of the project, since after 15 years, it has become a reference event where more than 800 experts from 80 countries will meet to present their projects and share their knowledge on methodologies of teaching and learning and educational innovations. The 2022 edition of EDULEARN is sure to be one of the most successful educational conferences in Europe.
In addition, it is an ideal platform for international strategic networking, the best place to present innovations and projects on education and technology.

ACTIVITY 16. Taking advantage of the stay in Valencia of Panagiotis Karampelas, director of the VET 1st Epalgematiko Lykeio Kato Achaia educational center, together with 6 VET students of mechanics and agriculture, on July 13, 2022 we held a dissemination day at the Ikasia Technologies facilities in which We present the E+ project “VIRTUAL INTERNSHIPS IN TECH CENTERS”.
On this day of the visibility campaign, students have had the opportunity to learn about the results that we are developing to create the necessary mechanisms to be able to implement truly effective and useful virtual mobilities for them, that promote their employability and inclusion.
The participants, direct beneficiaries of the project, have shown great interest in the results and in the usefulness of being able to carry out virtual mobilities.

ACTIVITY 17. On July 14, 2022, we apply to participate in ICERI2022, the 15th Annual International Conference on Education, Research and Innovation to be held in November 2022 to present the results of the Erasmus Plus project “VIRTUAL INTERNSHIPS IN TECH CENTERS”.

After 15 years, it has become a reference event where more than 800 experts from 80 countries will present their projects and share their knowledge on teaching and learning methodologies and educational innovations.

ACTIVITY 18. José Luis Gómez Ribelles, representing Ikasia Technologies, met on October 13, 2022, at the BCMATERIALS facilities, with Senentxu Lanceros, scientific director and researcher at BCMateriales, a Materials, Applications and Nanostructures research center founded by Ikerbasque, the Basque Foundation for Science and the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU), to present the progress of the intellectual outputs of the Erasmus Plus project “VIRTUAL INTERNSHIPS IN TECH CENTERS”.
At the beginning of the visibility campaign, we held an informal presentation with Bcmaterials in order to present the project. Due to the interest shown in the intellectual outputs of the project, on this occasion the meeting focused on the progress of the intellectual outputs and how the innovative methodology developed in the project can benefit the research center and be applied to host virtual student mobilities.

ACTIVITY 19. On October 13, 2022, José Luis Gómez Ribelles, representing Ikasia Technologies, presented the Erasmus Plus project “VIRTUAL INTERNSHIPS IN TECH CENTERS”, as well as the progress of the intellectual outputs to Clarisse Ribeiro, researcher of the FUNCARB group, a research group of the University of Minho active in the fields of biotechnology and Biomedical Engineering, Erlantz Lizundia, professor at the School of Engineering of Bilbao (UPV/EHU) and José Luis Vilas Vilela, director of the Macromolecular Chemistry research group of the UPV/EHU, which develops its research in the synthesis and characterization of polymeric materials with special properties.

This presentation was very interesting and productive, since it made it possible to make known the innovative methodology being developed in the project and the possibilities it offers to be applied to new educational fields. In addition, it has been very useful to reinforce the visibility of the project and the future dissemination of the results, as they are entities that belong to numerous research networks worldwide.

ACTIVITY 20. On October 14, 2022, Dimitrios Fligkos and Panagiotis Chatzipapas from the 1st Epalgematiko Lykeio Kato Achaias educational center participated in #ErasmusDays2022 and presented the #ErasmusPlus project “VIRTUAL INTERNSHIPS IN TECH CENTERS”.

On October 29, 2022, José Luis Gómez Ribelles, representing Ikasia Technologies, met with Joaquín Ródenas, Senior Laboratory Technician and PhD researcher, and Imma García Briega, Research Laboratory Technician at the Center for Biomaterials and Tissue Engineering (CBIT) of the UPV, to present the project of the Erasmus Plus Program “VIRTUAL INTERNSHIPS IN TECH CENTERS” It was an interesting and productive meeting, because thanks to the visibility made at the research center, Joaquín and Imma have shown great interest in the projects of the CRITICALTHINKING4VET network, as well as in their collaboration. Thanks to this, they will be an important part of the dissemination of the results to researchers from research centers at the national level.

ACTIVITY 22. On November 7, 8 and 9 we had the opportunity to participate in the ICERI2022 congress, the 15th Annual International Conference on Education, Research and Innovation, in which we had the opportunity to present the Erasmus Plus project “VIRTUAL PRACTICES IN TECHNOLOGY CENTERS ” to hundreds of teachers, researchers, technologists and experts from the education sector from more than 70 countries.

On December 6, José Luis Gómez Ribelles, representing Ikasia Technologies, had a bilateral meeting with Florentina Celdrán Martínez, a member of the teaching team of IES ISAAC PERAL in Cartagena to disseminate the results of the Erasmus Plus project “VIRTUAL INTERNSHIPS IN TECH CENTERS ”.
This meeting has allowed us to plan a multiplier event to be carried out in the educational center in which we will be able to disseminate the results of the project to dozens of students and teachers.

ACTIVITY 24. On December 14, 2022, the VET 1st Epalgematiko Lykeio Kato Achaias educational center held a great multiplier event in Patras (Greece) in which it disseminated the intellectual results created in the Erasmus Plus Project “VIRTUAL INTERNSHIPS IN TECH CENTERS”.

ACTIVITY 25. On December 2022, Ionan Tv, a regional TV channel covering Western Greece, the Peloponnese and the Ionian Islands, conducted an interview with Panagiotis Karampelas, Panagiotis Chatzipapas and Dimitros Fligkos from 1st Epalgematiko Lykeio Kato Achaia Education Center for to be the first entity in all of Greece to receive Erasmus accreditation for the period 2021-2027.
In addition, in this interview they had the opportunity to disseminate the results of the Erasmus Plus project “VIRTUAL INTERNSHIPS IN TECH CENTERS”, allowing us to increase the dissemination of the results in Greece.

Taking advantage of the visit to the CIFP HESPÉRIDES educational center, on January 16th, 2023, Ikasia had the opportunity to personally meet the four students of the Microcomputer Systems and Networks intermediate training cycle who are going to participate in the pilot tests of the Erasmus Plus project “VIRTUAL INTERNSHIPS IN TECH CENTERS”.

Thanks to these activities, we have disseminated the results to 730 entities from 74 countries.
